You Have to Die! represents a series of personal firsts: my first game with Flavor Explosion, my first experience taking part in a Global Game Jam, and my first time working as a game designer. YHTD was conceived, designed, and built over the course of 48 hours to participate in the Pittsburgh Global Game Jam 2015, and ultimately won the Judge's and People's Choice Awards for the CMU site.
